Trying to enter the malango instance, and i have VIP. is there a specific reason i still need the fruit...since vip is supposed to let me enter?

If it's the item based VIP, it probably isn't scripted to accept that.

Some VIP based NPCs have not been fixed yet.

You can take a look at the current listing of reported NPCs here.

If some NPCs are still broken and not on the list to use that thread please.
