need some help in skill build ,Currently my skill plan look like this with 3 point to spare

Are Soul Destroyer and Meteor Assault worth getting? as GX's skill should be better than both of them anywhy

 

 

 

 

how much Dex I need for comfortable leveling via rolling cutter after become GX? is 60 good enough?

Soul destroyer isn't that great. I forget if it's a prerequisite for GX skills. Meteor assault is good for leveling sinx and as a GX if you have enforcer shoes. 60 sex is good as sinx. Once you get gx you can slowly start to aim for 90ish dex.

What gears do you have currently? What funds do you have?

I am poor and don;t sure I can ever buy enforcer shoes in near future

 

currenly used Morrigane set with eden armor and boots in and +7 Neutral Crimson Katar Sidewinder&Soldier Skel

 

as For Aoe as SinX, I have a friend to help me leeching in low TI after I get to 85 via bounty board so beside Grimtooth that have unique ability to usable while hiding I don;t think I need other AOE as SinX

if you have a leech to 99/70 then keep doing that. try to save up for oni horns and HP leech gears. if you can solo low TI stay there as long as possible getting job levels. Try to get a Heroic backpack.

 

you could try this for RC build.

120 str 90 agi 90 vit 90 dex 90 luk

aim for a HBP first then a thanatos katar
follow by enforcer shoe.
use MA instead of RC to save some zeny on edp
get EDA 

 

invest in a faceworm eggshell after that,
learn the technique to farm GFSS.

You can reach to 175 with basically 3 items:

1. +4 Thanatos Katar with Hunter Fly Card.
2. An armor with Earth Deleter Card and maybe other armors with elemental cards for TI.
3. +4 Oni Horns.

Oni horns not being necessary but, it's nice to have since it's really cheap.

A bit late on the thread, but can anyone explain to me what all the acronyms mean? I'm trying out an Assassin now and I wanna know what I should be focusing on.

 

The only one I figured out is HBP = heroic backpack

EDA=Evil Dragon Armor

MA=Meteor Assault

RC=Rolling Cutter

GFSS=Giant Faceworm skin

 

MA is worth getting now even without enforcer shoes with the recent buff I think

It is a great skill even without Enforcer shoes. Beats RC, same aoe range. The only downside is its cast but you can wear a under a cast or the like if you want. It's not affected by EDP.

You can get MA and it wouldn't change anything. Just opt for some skills.


Still, if you want to level via RC it's good but you'll be needing poison bottles in the higher levels. 60 dex is not enough but you can compensate with hit/dex potions/foods.
