Hello guys!
I'm with serios doubts about this.
I've read in older forums that actually the Card effect was to reduce 15% of damage from "formless race".
So, 15% of reduce from Neutral Properties or Formless race?

Yes, it's working. 15% against Neutral. (Budget raydric)
