Tengo problemas para conectarme desde el fin de semana, levante un "Ticket" que no me a traido beneficio, hoy hice otro "ticket" y es igual no responden, estoy perdiendo el tiempo con las compras que hice en su sistema???

We are sorry to read that you have experienced issues. We do have support for Ragnarok Online 2, however please understand that all tickets are answered in the order in which they were received. A Warpportal representative will get to you as soon as possible. If it has been a couple of days and you have not received a response, please check the junk or spam folder of your email provider as some emails may have been auto categorized to these locations. If you still have not received a response please feel free to respond to the ticket you had already sent for a follow up.
