I found problem on my pc

 

Cannot plat after klik start on ragnarok 2 launcher

after start launcher close and notting happen

 

Please give me some solution

We are sorry to hear that you experiencing this issue.  Are you playing via Steam or the Warpportal Launcher?

Hello, 

Thank you for the responding.  The steam  versions of games should not be an issue, it just dictates on what fixes might be best to assist you.  First I would recommend visiting our Knowledge Base.  There you will find some step by step instructions to aid you.  If you are still having issues after attempting these fixes, please visit our Warpportal Support page at support.warpportal.com.

i try knowledge base , but not work

 

Cannot play ragnarok  :(

If you have steam, you could try downloading the steam version.

Hmm...that is unfortunate.  You can try running in compatibility mode.  This article is for Windows 8, but may assist you with Windows 10.

If you are still having issues we recommend sending a ticket to Warpportal Support at support.warpportal.com.  They will be able to investigate this issue more thoroughly.
