as tittle states, there are always some vendors but in the shooping board is unable to find them, happened me 4 times . Another question, can those cards be sell alone? thanks!

is rare because if you look for cards by themselves the shooping boards state no vendors atm

Also, still, I tried to look for Ghost checked search partiall and also there were no return, I mean board stated no vendor but there was a vendor at that moment, could you please GM check this?Thanks in advance
