i know in order to use skills i need to manual target the player first. but i think manual target is bugged
when i manual target a monster it works every time, but whenever im manual targeting a player in woe or pvp, sometimes itll manual target, sometimes it wont. ive asked other alchemist class players about this and they said they have the same issue. any tips?
