is it possible for hunter to have 190 aspd only with hunter and priest buffs?
If so, would anyone have a build they can share?

not currently possible. even with best in slot gear. peak is 189.
can only achieve 190 with priest buffs + impressive riff from bard.

It might be possible. I have 188 aspd without Deleter pet.
Deleter pet (Loyal)
Increases ASPD by 3%

Does Impressive Riff now work with bows? Because Hunters usually go Bows.

no restrictions anymore. And it changed from buff aspd% to gear aspd%
