i cant start the ragnarok online adter the long 3 months break, it says
the procedure entry point minidumpwritedump could not be located in the dynamic link library

Delete Gravity folder and download the client again.
Fresh Installation FTW

i did do that 2x already and it still showing the same thing 
is ragnarok renewal is over?

Don't delete, use uninstall.
