I have been learning DB RK recently, and I found something interesting, would like to share and ask if anyone in IRO tested/succeed to achieve 7 DB in one second. Here is what I found.
A post from TwRO showing that DB can be casted 7 times in one second if the following wired conditions is fulfilled.
1. 101% cast delay reduction
2. 193 Aspd
3. 80~99% casting time reduction
4. a good computer
he’s explaination is that there are “animation” when casting DB, so 101% cast delay is to avoid that, and aspd and casting time reduction also needed when 101% cast delay achieve, a very good computer can makes different also.
Also, due to same reason, he also claim that there are no points to reach more than 75% cast delay reduction because you are forced to cast 2 DB in one second at most between 75%~100% cast delay reduction.
this is the post form twRO is written in chinese.

this is a IRO RK reaching 102% cast delay, but didn’t explain much on youtube .

so is other the facts is variable in IRO?
Would like to bring up DB RK experts to discussion the fact, (or is it a well known truth in IRO just me don’t know it?)
Thank you
DB RK, 7 Hits Per Second, is it variable in IRO?

The 0.2 s cooldown is in the wiki entry of the skill itself.

but if there is 0.2 cooldown, than one can do 5 DB in one second correct? is this really viable?
that post also claim that 2DB in one second is the maximum numbers one can achieve if cast delay reduction is between 75~100%

there is a giga-lot of factor like keyboard latency, connection latency, lag, packet loss, screen rate, etc. theoretically, 5db/sec is the maximum s p e e d.
