Recently got my RK to 175 and want to set him up for WoE and wondering what 2Hsword is best with around 2B budget?

Outside lindy, you can just use glorious with your ORC for WOE. At least you can use a lot other skills like BB/SB to chain. Both spear and THS are fine. 2 seyren cards isnt far better than just glorious's effects on other weaps when your alternative is just a RTE or violet fear.

Why does storm blast have a cast time? ODR set says reduce fct 100% but when reading from irowiki and divine pride, it only has 2 sec vct. ODR-ORC combo doesnt work!

Old Detachments Ring is an item from jRO, wich has many completely different cast times, cooldowns, delays, etc for many skills.

The item has an effect that matters for their version of the skill, not kRO's. The effect works, but it's null since on our server it doesn't have a fixed cast to begin with. Much like Sapphire Wrist and others.
