hi , im currently playing as ninja , and as i remember , throw kunai shouldnt be missing the target.

 

"throws a kunai at a single target to inflict 300% ranged physical damage. Each cast uses one kunai, the property of which determines the property of this skill. This skill ignores the accuracy check."
