Yep, it happened to me too, recently i logged in to check the Turn In on iRO Chaos after a long time... I end up dying on the process and returning to the save point... but when i did that my game crashed, and i realized that i was save in a place called "unknown area" and that was preventing me from logging in due to the crash error.

 

I sent a ticket asking them to move my character to Prontera... they did that, but i noticed something was odd, 7 of my characters got their sex swapped too lol

 

I'm still waiting for a response, they're investigating the matter for about 3 days...

I got the same issue 2 weeks ago, it was solved after maint.

Support resolved it in half a day, rather impressed with them lately.
