Kafra still charges me although I have free ticket for kafra transportation

Strange! Suddenly it can be used for warping from Payon to Prontera.
My base level is 50

I noticed the same thing and yeah, it uses the free ticket when I wanna warp to Prontera. Maybe that's all the ticket can be used for...
