I really need some help here.
I've bought 5k WPE 3 weeks ago and it was only credited today (won't mention the ticket number here at the forums).
Now that I received the message that I finally have the WPE, I can't convert it to KP, because the power-up page is blank. Always stuck at [...] /iovation.grv.
Yes, flash player and Java are OK. Yes, I've tried everything in Cinnamon's post about the payment errors (turned off everything).
In common days I'd wait patiently for the ticket response, but I already lost mad bunny event and OCP fire sale is about to end. I really need this KP before this event is gone.
All I want is to convert the wpe to kp.
