Is anyone else having issues with their KP points bugging out and showing up at 0??

 

Just loaded up with 3k and none are useable

 

 

*issue seems to have resolved itself, not sure what the GM team might have done on their end.

This is the only case I can remember:
If you force the cash shop open (like via Hotkey), it won't display KP.

Not sure what you mean force it open but I just clicked on the icon at the top right like I always do.

 

GM got back to me and told me to tele to another map from Pront, so I teleported around all over and it didn't help.

 

KP still displaying as 0. Anyone experience anything like this before?

 

*Also can't purchase anything so it's not just a display issue, I have 0 KP while in game but checking the WP website I have 3,360.. correct char & correct server.

having the same issue. fix your damned game, the income is more than enough for the tiny server pop. jeesus

Went and asked a friend.
He mentions that he just keeps closing+re-opening the cash shop window until the KP points appear.
Supposedly, you'll have to wait for the points to update/load to show the right value

Having the same issue with my 4k+ KP missing...  I'll update after trying the things listed here.

 

 

edit: I had to use kafra warp to Prontera from Payon to get my points back.  I guess when I was afk feeding my pet mastering I glitched out.  Glad there was an easy fix for me.  Sorry you are having troubles Arieston.
