It's come to our attention that a lot of folks take to the forums to air some of the grievances they have toward other players, especially when they suspect them of ill-mannered behavior in-game.
 
The correct way to report botting, cheating, RMT or any other type of ill-mannered activity in-game is through the WarpPortal Support Site ticket tool.
Attempting to make reports through the public forum is a violation of our terms of use and may result in temporary to permanent suspension of your forum account.
 
When you send your report through the ticket tool, it goes straight to the GM Team who handles these types of issues. When you do this, be sure to be as detailed as possible, providing screenshots and replay videos as well for best results.
 
Sometimes, the GM Team becomes backed up with requests and may not respond to your ticket right away. If you have concerns about your ticket, please don't post about it on the public forum - instead, PM the ticket number to either CM Mayari or CM Garnet and we will check in with the GM Team directly.
