Speaking of which, my RO got talent 2019 Red convention hat was named but it was not a costume.

I was reading the forums and it seems last years green was the only costume version in renewal server.

They turned 8 of my male chars into female while adding the hat. I put ticket in but not changed back so far. My prize was yellow hat, it isn't even named.

Lol, green ones aren't costume for some reason, none of them are named, and they are turning a bunch of people to female, kinda funny.

Omg in May of this year i have a similar problem with my account and three of all my chars becomes female I was solved the last maintenance in december 2

In the meantime, if your characters were gender-swapped after receiving prizes, please PM me with a list of the affected characters and the server they're on, as well as the character's original gender.

Haven't received mine but I do note that the previous Named Red Creative Hat was a [0],non-slotted while the one inserted right now is slotted, Red Creative Hat[1]. 

 

Edit : Got mine after the maintenance on the 10th.

Make sure whoever is handing them out starts handing them out named for the rest and make sure they start giving the right item ID so people get the green ones as a costume like it's supposed to be please. And should have a way for people that already received them to get them fixed.

Exactly, i choose the green one because it's my first time and the stats are good for my DB RK
