Missing 3700 KP

Hi WP,

 

I recently purchased some WP, converted it into KP.  I was able to use a chunk of it, and had 3700 remaining.  All of it seems to be missing now as my KP is at 0?  Not quite sure what is happening on this, any information would be helpful, thank you.

Note: should have been around 3700, not sure if that was the exact amount but somewhere around there.

One more note: just checked my online balance, says i should have 3450 P on account (forgot i bought a 10-day for 250KP).  In game this value does not show up.  Any help is appreciated!

 

another edit, sorry: not sure if this is on Transcendence or Renewal...?

 

This is on Chaos server.

Take screen shots of the convo you have with the customer service rep, just incase they try to push you off the side.

Warp portal customer service is known for there lack in basic customer service skills; on the own job.

just keep relogging until your kp shows up. cash shop has a bug that your kp won't show up until you keep reloggin. I hope staffs can make a special announcement regarding this issue coz it's a monetary kind of thing you know bruh.

There's a similar thread not too long ago that's already marked as (resolved). You should go and check if the solutions mentioned there might also work for you
