- you'll be actively working on new event, reading suggestion and proposal
- working on bug and attempt to fix bug, game testing
- targeting cheaters/bots in game
- marketing or doing live stream to promote the game
- Forum moderator

the game in order to see what of the missing things are more importants than other, peace....
Well since you brought it up.
- RoT gears need an update so that people stop quitting to play the new Russian server
- Chaos needs OCP gears disabled in woe
- RoT need ET fixed
- RoT needs the new rebalance patch to make woe a little more enjoyable
- RoT and Chaos need flags fixed to show the castle owner
- Chaos needs new incentives to woe since castle drops are trash (thanks camp for that update)
- Forums needs someone to actually talk to the community and not just post a google doc schedule or a maintenance post once a week

Yes, we need more incentives on Chaos, also it will be OK if you just play the role like a VMOD, saying VMODCinnamoon
