I haven't changed my password and other IDs have the same issue.

Hi all4u! As part of our Password Change Campaign, all WarpPortal accounts and game passwords were reset if you did not change your passwords between 12/14 and 1/4. Please reach out to WarpPortal Support where they will verify your information and assist you further. Apologies for the confusion!

umm a few questions:

 

1. One account I have I created I believe in 2007/2008 soooooo I don't even know if it has a warpportal account login or if the email address associated with it is even active .... is there an email address we can reach support at ?

 

2.  I think I created an account a few days ago and I cannot login to it....?

 

ANNND I just want to point out that I created my 1 account 13 yrs ago and was able to login to it all this time, until today lols....just because that is kinda funny.......

 

Ugh ya...that sad, it's a fun game.........but I don't really see how I can get my accounts back now.....

Absolutely jadeeyg, we're here to help! Follow this link here https://support.warpportal.com/Main/ and let support know your issue. They will do their best to assist you with logging in. They'll ask you a series of questions to verify the account is yours and take action from there. Best of luck to you!

Hello again! You'll have to go thru the same process for this account as you did with your first in order to recover the lost email.
