Firstly, Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, and Happy Holidays from the RO1 Team. I hope everyone was able to celebrate in a safe and happy manner. The year 2020 brought with it unique challenges that, quite frankly, sucked for everyone.
With 2021, we will be working to apply ourselves on improving the Ragnarok Online service. We have submitted our requested updates-list to the studio and will share what gets approved and what the timeline for those updates are as we get feedback. For RO1 2021, we focused on two main areas for our requests: Level Cap Increase (and related leveling areas), and WoE Changes (with revamped treasure rewards including new God Items). We will share the exact details of the changes as the updates come to us. RT 2021 will be focusing on game system improvements; to rerolling item options, adding jobs, and other changes. This is all in addition to upcoming content updates.
We're swiftly approaching the one year anniversary of RT, whose official launch date was in January 2020. There will be a small event to go with this anniversary.
Recently, we added new people to the RO1 Family. Many of you have seen CM Mayari on the forums and Social Media, as she is focusing on assisting users navigate the customer service process. Cordite will be appearing in the Bug/Technical support section of the forums to document, test, report, and process all the issues that you report. In addition, any bug reports submitted through the Ticket systems and social media will be forwarded him to handle.
