How do I get the new Shadow Chaser Sprite?
When you are at least Base level 170, you unlock the achievement in your achievement tabs for reaching level 170 and rewards you with an "outfit" coupon that you take to swap at the stylist NPC in the building at South west Prontera (The building to buy wedding items), inside in the central room, one of the NPC's should be able to change your "outfit" look.
