Why sometime they only accept e-fax or fax?
N they not just accept send via ticket?
Is any condition they cant accept via ticket?

1. So fun fact, the fax method is likely the safest method we can have. It is a hardwired fax machine connected to a old school phone line. The procedure is once the id is processed the print out is immediately shredded. As it was explained back to me.. a decade ago; The idea behind this is that we never have to store the ID information on any system that can be accessed for data safety.

Over all we are looking at ways to improve the rewards for doing seals on all servers so that users will be enticed to run them more often. Currently for renewal we are waiting until we see how the kRO changes shake out before we start attaching our own spin for things.
