I was wanting to change to the Soul Changer Cut after returning to the game, the wiki says it's not available. Is this still true? Also if it is, is there any word on them fixing this?

Welcome back. Unfortunately it’s still true: The Lighthalzen hairstyles are still not fixed, so they’re not available in the game.

Maybe if we keep bumping this thread, CM Mayari will chime in and put it back on someone's plate? Even an explanation of why it's gone and cannot be reimplemented would be nice...

Why iRO can't change that stylish shop to using ours Hair ticket (in Kafra shop). It's just changing item uses man. Not even adding new items or anythings.

yes on first week(or maybe in sakray) but it using NEW hair coupon, so If studio said it working fine. So maybe we need to change item that using to change style

Not at the moment, but I can confirm that there's an official bug report for it, so it is in their queue of things to fix. I'll post more if I hear anything. Sorry for the wait!

Is the GM and CM still updated with the servers? I think not, this have been the problem ever since no active CMs and GMs

It is still a topic I have revisited with the team every once in a while, so it is something they are aware of. Unfortunately, this is one of those things we've had to wait on the studio for after submitting the bug report. Sorry about that.
