Not sure what you mean by hack without hack but yeah doesn't surprise me. Most classes chasing high spam are limited by after skill delay kiel so makes sense that you can spam -_- faster with less delay. :shrug:

 

After that its down to how fast (and accurately) you can spam the ability to line up with your CD window so  whatever you are doing to make that happen seems like its working.
