[Gnosis]

Lvl 95 Wiz. My previous build was
STR 1
AGI 1
VIT 1
INT 99
DEX 89
LUK 9

Was informed that DEX 41 and DEX 82 isn't such a big difference in variable casting time and that I should instead those points into LUK. I'am going PvM and not PvP or WoE, but I am not sure whether to follow this advice since most guides and players say to max DEX and INT. Can someone help me?

for wizard/high wizard, drop dex till 50 or so, like you said and put it on luck, wizard's best skills, storm gust, jupitel thunder, etc are mainly dependant and a gay long fixed cast time, so dex wont have a big impact on those skills, but luk will make them stronger. In other hand, if your planing to go warlock without trans, then you will have to think that twice, warlock's skills are less dependant on fixed than wizard's, so dex can make a difference, and I (thats my opinion and only mine) would go to less luk and high dex since dmg difference isnt so high and you would want to cast faster (with sacrament will make even bigger difference) but like i said, thats only my opinion.
