Hi guys! Well, I have an Erde with two Skel Archer cards and Expert Archer 9 (Expert Archer 4 + Expert Archer 5) and it is forged at level 11. But I wonder if a Saphir Hall-OS with the proper cards and enchants is better than the Erde of mine. Please, could you help me?

Saphir Hall definitely, it’s almost not even a contest.
Saphir Hall-OS: atk:185 & +3%atk. At +7 reduced Cast Time +9 extra 20% Cart Cannon Damage, +11 it gets +15% Long Range Damage. That’s not even including the enchants.
Erde: 130atk increases Acid Terror and Demo by 20%. With ea9(Long Range Damage +18%)

The difference on base weapon atk is a lot and with enchants you can get better ones than ea9 so yeah if you can you should get saphir over erde

And which cards should I put on it? Powerful Skel Archer?

the traditional choices, AK if only bossing, AS/powerful skeleton for generic use on the cheaper side, WK card for "generic use"(most enemies are medium/large) with a bit more power. WK can surpass AK depending on the rest of the gears.
