I tried to make my first transaction on Warp portal website after receiving the confirmation mail that my account has been verified only to see 'Failed AVS Check: 10556' error message. Now the amount has been deducted from my credit card and I dont have any WP points. Please HELPPP!

I have raised the issue through Support, but seeing people here not getting response for few of their tickets, I am panicking!!
