Hi guys! I was once told that for a CC Gene it was better have Temporal Dex Boots with Runaway Magic rather than with Hawkeye because the RM effect could also be activated with physical damage. But I am not sure with this information, however, I am aware that the RM is still more preferable than Hawkeye. Is it because of the Temporal Ring combo? If it is, does this combo surpass the usage of Chemical Glove?

chemical boots + chemical glove = higher damage 
temporal boot + temporal ring = ez instant cast

RM effect can be activated with demonic fire or lv2 fire expansion, if you already have high ATK i would go for temporal ring otherwise chemical glove

What do you consider as really high attack?

a lot of it

close to 1k atk i would say, stuff like seraphim coronet, illusion armor type a with atk mod, +15 crimson mace, shield spell buff, if you already reach 1k or near that i would consider temporal ring.

chemical gloves + cylinder boots + seraphim feather and food = Insta cast and higher damage.
