I am having an issue with the Warpportal support site. Apparently, you don't use your Warpportal account to sign in, so I made an account with the same e-mail as the warpportal account. When it was created, it said I needed to verify my e-mail. I checked and didn't have an e-mail. I then proceeded to request a new verification e-mail over the next hour and still nothing came. I checked the e-mail to make sure it was fully correct and it is.Now, it has been about 18 hours and I still haven't received a verification e-mail. All I wanted to do was have my Second Password for Ragnarok Online 2 reset so I can log-in, since I tried the ones I normally use and it didn't work. I also haven't played in years, so I can't remember what else I could have used. However, without getting a verified account for support, I can't even request a 2nd password reset.

Our team investigated this issue and it should have been fixed and the email should have gone through.

yes, I finally got an e-mail (around 5 or so of them actually). Thanks for the help. I was just able to submit my PIN reset request ticket, also.
