too many unknown. If it is just 2019 booster for new player, then there no anniversary event or anything. Old player don't even have to do any this event. I'm sure we got better equipment than booster.
also Friday instance -> Hope iRO knew "Friday" mean

Pamper new players is a much better choice than spoon feed old players. You would spoil your baby and knock the -_- out of them when they grow up lol

Janeway was requested, but the Studio, praise be unto them, decided we should have booster instead. Camp assumed that booster functions similarly to Janeway (if only, so we weren't expected to push a fresh character to cap in six weeks).
