As the thread go by,Can i do that?
I'm just return player from 1 year break from this game.
I think it's nice time to return to this game.
If it can do , Some advice about Stats ,Skills ,Leveling Guide would be nice since i've never touched this class.

should be able to, maybe you would need some cards at the end but nothing you cant get with what you get by leveling. About stats and stuff thats the big advantage of the event, you have unlimited stat/skills reset for free during the event so you should test stuff as you please maybe even change builds based on what you grinding.

I don't think you'll have any issues until 150. It's after that where things get a little rough.
Yes unlimited stat and skill reset is available to booster characters from mesmerist which is located in eden near gramps.
So yes you can test different builds and skills and choose what you find best for you.

If in near future i got +7Enforcer Shoes should i get Counter Assault Booster Qatar and Attack Booster Box for MA right?

Thats not the weapon you get from current event, thats a different version, you actually get a booster katar, attacker set increases dmg by 10% against all elements when you use Enchat Deadly Poison, and Range gives you 20% increase in rolling cutter dmg when you use Enchant Deadly Poison, Range is better imo since it gives you some sp early on.

Making use of the topic, where can I reset my stats on events and when do I know when an event has unlimited stats/skills resets?

From IDexter post, I got that I can reset on the Mesmerist on the Eden Group map (I already reset once on one of my new characters just yesterday, but wanted to try out other things too if I can reset more times), but what does "Booster Characters" mean? I just came back from a long time hiatus and don't know much about the game right now and other things that happened from some time ago too, so I'm still getting acquainted to the "new Ragnarok" and such xD

"Booster Characters" are characters which were made during the this year's Booster event which had players use a website to register for the event and then after registering, a new character with a few special features was added to their game account. The added character was a given a randomly generated name (and a free name reset) and a series of equipment and consumables which unlocked every 15 base levels to help you level faster. Also during the event period all characters made with the website were able to use the Mesmerist as many times as you wanted.
FYI as you have used your Mesmerist reset already if you need another Skill reset you'll want to use a Neuralizer from the Cash Shop or bought from other players to reset those. And if you need to reset your Stat points you can use some Reset stones (sold in the Cash Shop, exchanged from Eden Merit Badges, or bought from other players) and turn in the appropriate amount of stones to a NPC in Payon to return all your Stats back to 1.

Oof, I wish I had known about it sooner, I would've come back and enjoy those bonuses 
Btw, I read it was only once when I talked to the NPC, but well, I was sleep deprived at the moment and decided to reset my Assassin to make a crit build (he's not rebirthed yet) instead of a Venom Splasher build (because, for some reason, in my head I thought that build was weird for Assassin, but then saw some people using it afterwards and it was actually pretty decent and not bad e.e)
Btw, could I have used the mesmerist even if I had rebirthed and was 3rd job? Or is it only for non-rebirthed/non-3rd job characters?
And besides, since I can't use the mesmerist anymore on that character, the only way to reset skill set is using the Neutralizer from the shop and if I wanted to reset stats points I'd need to use the reset stones, there isn't a way to reset both of them at the same time just like the mesmerist? Only one at a time by different means?

Yes you can use Mesmerist as a third job and it will work at any level, even at 175. I should also mention if you're below 99 you can reset your skills for free in Prontera as many times as you want with a NPC near the item shop. It sounded like you were third class already so didn't mention that before.

Also most years around Christmas time a Santa NPC is added to Prontera which offers full resets as well. So with a bit of patience you can get a reset for free with one of those methods.

I'll probably stay as crit assassin for now considering that I've put luck into my build and well, that doesn't help very much with venom splash build... It'll take some time to get to lvl 99/50 to rebirth but welp, there's not much I can do now xD
