I know that's possible in kRO and the wiki says that it was "implemented", but it fails when it comes to giving any details. If this is true, then where/how I can do it?

when you open 10 day premium subscription you get a merchant voucher which you can use to sell up to 4 items and we call it offline vending kinda like autotrade but not quite.
