Hello. I just got my sura to level 130 through boosting using a Rebel. I have no clue on what skills should I take and what to use for leveling. Also, what equips to save up for. 

 

Right now I have the +10 booster attack set  and +10 Booster weapon (Boosts tiger cannon), Shadow Booster Costume, Ring of Jupiter, +10 KOSC, +9 HBP, +10 EDA, Temporal Ring, Perverse Demon Mask, +9 Illusion Armor A, +9 Black Threaded Armor, Seraphim Coronet, Toy Syringe, among others. 

 

I don't know if they are useful for a good leveling build for Sura. 

 

With my current equips, what skill build should I use for leveling? How should I go about leveling this character? 

Also, what items should I save up for?

Wow, you have collected some decent gears in these few months. 

 

I'd suggest using earth shaker skill and rampage blast(pretty strong skill which is more than enough to carry you to 150). After that you can figure out which skill you like the most to kill mvps(Knuckle arrow/gates of hell/tiger cannon). Read sura skill page to understand more how things work. Check out sura videos(there are pretty nice ones) to understand a bit more. And you can use all of those gears on sura.

If I have the shadow transcendental time set, which provides Def and Mdef Bypass 70% versus all races except HumanPlayer and DoramPlayer, do I still need to get my luk to 126 for pdm bonus?

you can repurpose any "guide" that uses the same stats with generic gears

Lightning Ride and Rampage Blaster are ranged 

Everything else is melee

A "Lion Howling guide" works for any melee physical skill, so does an ignition break, or meteor assault, etc. Just take out the skill specific items

if i increase the skill level of gentle touch revitalize will the tiger cannon and hell gate damage increase or it will stuck to 30% (base on what i read in the divine pride site) , i look on the irowiki but ot seems that no one is editing on the update skills...

the skill damage increase is the same at all levels. The only benefit to increase GT skills lvls is their own self buff

earthshaker and rampage blast, and while the rampage blast is in cooldown state i use lightning ride , my equipments are boost gears/trance shadow set and cvb (with loyal pet succubus) for hp and sp leech thats all...

I was thinking of using tiger cannon for leveling but I guess the HP/SP costs is too much to sustain. Have you tried using it tho? 

 

What are your stats for leveling? 

 

I don’t know if I should get 126 luk for PDM/Jup ring bonus straight away.

rachel sanctuary can be accessed via dungeon teleporter npc inside eden left side just make party first , in stats str 120 , vit 90 , int 80 , dex 120 and luck 30.

...btw im lv 175 , the reason i use rampage blast because of my +11 boost knuckle has a 2 true chen card (http://db.irowiki.or...item-info/4693/)
so i can hit them around 280k to 310k+ (after i use earthshaker)

PDM and Temp Ring if i wear the temp boots or Jupiter Ring if I have the stats for it. 

 

I think i'll also try earthshaker but don't know how much damage i could deal without your cards.

true chen lio card card is 90m ? oh dear well im from thor so there's a price difference...

...about faw the reason for ea 1/2/3 because of fairy leaf powder effect...

...about skill chain you mean how i use? i cast rising dragon for more spirit spheres and auto fury , to cast rampage blast you need in fury state and 5 spirit spheres so rising dragon can increase spirit spheres up to 15 at level 10 skill, then use earthshaker because enemies hit by this skill increase damage of rampage blast just remember it has 10sec cooldown and thats were i use lightning ride skill were it consumes 5 spirite spheres while waiting for reuse of rampage blast just maintain on rising dragon buff...

edit: i use +9 temp boots for additional range damage 5% and -0.5sec when dex is 120 not to mention it was carded to ancient firelock card...
