For example Ur's Plate and Peuz's Plate.

Iirc, White Wing Set has the option to have it's enchant be reset. Not sure of the Ur's and Peuz but I assume it is likely that you can also do that.

Several NPCs in Mora Village can add special stat bonuses to certain pieces of equipment. The gear is randomly given certain bonuses such as more HP or INT. There is a chance of failure, in which case the item is destroyed or previous enchantments are lost. Each attempt costs a varying amount Mora Coins. Upgrades and cards are not lost when enchanting. Depending on the item, you may be able to enchant the item two, or even three times (with increasing risks of failure). In all cases, there is a way to remove or replace the current enchantments.

 

 

So yea, you can remove the enchantments of Ur's and Peuz.

Guess I should just buy the gear with enchants already done from other players cause enchanting could break the gear.

Sure, but they will charge accordingly to taking that risk themselves(if you can find it even anymore)

Also only the 3rd enchant may break
