Gates of Hell - Help needed

About a month ago I started my Sura build with Gates of Hell in mind.
Every information I got either from wiki's, youtube or well known ragnarok data base sites were saying that Gates of Hell [GoH] was a 20% MSP cast.
Now that I actually got to Sura ( just went up to lvl 100 ), it's a 100 sp cost to cast and there's no tooltip or damage formulas around that explains what to expect from this skill in this format.
I really wish to make a build based on that with the best spamability possible but having no information at all on what to expect from the damage per level is kindda hard to set up a goal.
So this is where you guys come in!
Would any of you know how to make this build viable? Which gear should I aim for?
And if you guys would appear to know the damage formula and/or the damage per skill level that would be awesome!

find your own right balance between ACD,FCT,VCT & damage
you can more or less give up ASPD, your sphere charges wont allow you to spam at top speed.
you still need hit if u want to attack high flee target, if not temporal mantuea -15% ACD works perfectly

A couple months ago Sura and Performers got various of their skills rebalanced and changed. The wiki hasn't been fully updated yet, and ingame descriptions are hardly ever an accurate representation of what they do.

That aside, the damage formula for the skill has not changed, and the info on the wiki is accurate for that. It now is fully treated as a ranged skill at all levels, and you can now use ranged damage modifiers to boost it. The changed GT Revitalize also offers a 30% damage boost to it during it's effect.
On generics of how to scale/play with it.
-It's cast is fully variable, so you'll want a decent amount of int/dex to reduce the cast time.
-Delay reduction gears will allow you to use the skill more frequently. Do note that the skill delay depends on the level used(this is more of a pvp optimization)
- The skill is usually built focusing on the bonus damage portion for pvp, as it cannot be reduced. That portion has a very low ceiling, and is only good on pvp because players don't have gigantic health pools. For PvM you want to focus on the ATK part, and that will get you gearing the character no different than a Ranger, as you need Hit to not miss your targets, ATK and Ranged damage% to increase the damage.

How do you deal with the mana regen? That the huge point I'm wondering how to do it
berry,
incubus eda etc etc wont proc much, it's a single target skill

188 ASPD , -76% ACD = 4 GoH/sec
184 ASPD , -68% ACD = 3 GoH/sec
175 ASPD , -50% ACD = 2 GoH/sec
