Eden still have a lot of people can play normally I wonder why. If it is a server wide issue or client issue then sure every single one should be affected. But why majority still can online and play?

im not using any edits on my game, but still experience this issue, i think this just server fault that someone can and cannot enter the game. please fix it, we're on vip.

Same issue, i tryed to uninstall and install but now the client is missing some files, since i was trying to update manually, same problem in the FTP server, missing files.

Thanks for doing this during holiday. While you are there please give CAMPensation and set server exp and drops

i want to emphasize that.

• you don't have to re-download / install your client.
• you don't have to do anything.
• don't need to feel frustrated 

there are probably many who had listened and re-download/install their client
they are currently taking up all the ftp server bandwidth. you're going to have a terrible experience re-installing and patching the client

• ​the best thing you can do right now is just, go watching some show or etc,
  wait for the server to be back to normal.
• hope for some forms of compensation for the unpleasant experience

+1 to this, idk whats your hate or anything on big sprite or whatsoever but we reinstall it couple of times, cleaned client and still doesnt make it work, always cant even get passed patcher lol so many error, pls stop spreading misinformation lol

It's also crashing when changing maps (either entering in portal or teleporting) with no Panic! pop up but console window. In this situation it jut stops responding.

Really, man? It could be other reasons and you chose to jump into the conclusion that players flocking in the forums right now, experiencing the error use illegal GRF and client edit? Does this look like someone using a client edit to you?

I would've strolled around Prontera but just after I entered the portal, the error appeared. The thing is, it could be many other reasons and only the WP staff can tell what kind of glitch causes such error. EAC has long history of errors since the implementation and to assume that players having this kind of problem use illegal GRF edits is nothing but a hasty generalization. Before I even log out earlier today, I had three clients open for my Eden pub, vend, and main account on standby for the MvP I am camping on all working flawlessly without Panic pop-up error. Now that I'm trying to log-in this happens. Unless you're working in Gravity or Warp Portal, maybe a little less unfounded assumptions, next time perhaps?

Hello, I arrived at the office and have started the process of fixing. I pushed a changed that should in theory resolve the PANIC! issue. But I will be monitoring the issue for a bit verify that it worked.

What is going to happen afterwards.

• I will be reporting the issue to the two dev teams involves, Magus, and the rest of the RO1 Team.
• I don't get to decide compensation so this will be something that Magus decides tomorrow.
• We will be testing this further to see if we can find a more permanent solution.

Seems working fine to me now (so far), haven't gotten an error when switching map or changing characters.

I can finally log in, thx alot camp for the fix, couldnt ask for more, being able to log in again is enough already lol, i thought i have hardware issues
