I have divine guard hat, i have 100% acd, and i have 190 aspd. But for some reason i cant cast 3 or more genesis rays per second spamming holy cross. With 190 aspd i should get around 4-5 genesis rays out every second right? Or am i missing something?

I also wanna know, my maximum is like 3.8/per second also 100%ACD and even active 193Asps

If I take off the Divine Hat, my holy cross spam very very fast compare to with the Hat.

Do we miss something? anyone know? thanks

it's coz you castin 3 skills at the same time that's why the cast seems slow holy cross genesis ray tuna belly wombo combo
