Oh hmm, me thinks I need to pick my up some enforcer shoes for my SC char.  I have a Thieves Guide, and am tearing stuff up with meteor assualt  It maybe only lv 5, nut it still does mad damade, and is very spamable I may not have the other abilities to maximize the use of the boots, but I'll still gest the HP/SP buffs, sp cost reduction, and MA damage boosts.

Side questions: I haven't seen people mentioning Abusive Robe, Temporal Boots, Vanargand Helm+Fenrir Chain. Are those gears outdated?

They have lost the BiS status for many classes over time, but are still just as effective as they were back then. They are valid options, just not the strongest in most cases

Actually I experiment the Abusive Robe +12 with Str2/3 = +4 Illusion Type A. The damage is equal to Abyss Glast Heim creatures. 

 

I am thinking with higher def monster like MVP/Kimi, Abusive Robe will still do more damage for certain type of creatures.

 

Is the calculation in that way? 

 

Even with +12 Illusion Type A, only adding + 40 more atk over a +4 one, but +12 Abusive is granting 48% def bypass. 

 

As long as it is for specific types of creatures, Abusive looks like it is much better than Illusion Type A for MVPing. 

 

Am I reading this correctly?

Great Post! I just returned after a 2+ year hiatus and I was wondering why I was MA's for 600k instead of 999k. Or maybe I am remember Dark Claw only dmg on Stefen.

Yes, very much so with the right budget. At least for leveling, mine can 1-shot mobs at 230+ and it's more convenient than Cross Impact (but CI is much more scalable for higher damage easier).

 

I haven't MVPed or done any hard instances with it, but I feel like Dancing Knife+Solar Sword on top of good MA gear would allow you to do a lot in this game.
