I want to report to what happen to my game account, when i open my account suddenly my level back to zero and become novice again and all my items, zeny and in my kafra are all lost. Please help to bring it back to my game account.

If you are sure you're connecting to the correct server then you likely will want to contact the GM team by writing a ticket at the support page to get more help with this issue. But before you file a ticket you may want to double check both Chaos and Thor with the Renewal client and Poring server with the Transcendence client just to make sure the game didn't misdirect you to the wrong server which would hide your characters.
