Hi, 

I am a totally new ragnarok player. I have been trying to build a soul linker.
My question is to be a soul linker:

1. I need to level a taekwon kid until job 40/50 and directly turn to soul linker 
                                           

                                          or
2. I need to level the taekwon kid to 99/50, and repeat the whole high-novice process, taekwon kid and finally soul linker. 

Sorry I asked a really newbie question because I don't want to waste much time having to try out the process.

taekwon kid until job 40 (although job 50 is heavily recommended). Expanded classes don't rebirth

Be aware that your Soul Linker will suffer from amnesia and forget how to use their feet for any kind of kick. So any skill points in such skills will be invalidated. (You have unlimited free skill resets so this is a bit of a non-issue).
