Help, what should I do if Tiara Goria Quest item is like Blessing Star? I'm assuming it's sold to Npc. What should I do? The quest is stuck in the hotel room. It says you don't have a Blessing Star.

If you no longer have the Blessing Star to give to Nihil then your best bet is to contact the GM team by writing a ticket at the support page to get them to restore the item so you can continue the 17.2 quest line.
Also fyi, the CM team are the community managers so they would not be able to help with in game issues directly like the GM team can so go for a ticket in this case.
