Hello,
Yesterday I wanted to to complete the "Traveller in Time" quest, but I died (sadly).
I couldn't find my way back to Ice Rock Hill of the past. So I deleted the quest to take it back.
The NPC doesn't give it anymore, is there a solution to my problem?

There is no bug.
Just go to Port of the Winds, go to Temple of Water at the bottom right in front of the temple of water you'll find a Portal. Use it.
The quest Traveller in Time can only be take from Veron NPC in the past not from the one at Village of Ash Mist.
