Because I use a need VPN for work, because the VPN was disconnected once, I couldn't use my characters to use Market, Mail, Im Shop, and Trade, and then asked for support and was mistaken for that account's A player tried to buy or sell Gravity Interactive property and my characters were all banned. Is it fair that my characters are all banned just because I use a VPN to disconnect?
