do the cart revolution damage increase stack when using 2 pc Arquien's necklace? I tried it on a low level Merchant (level 40) using 2 pieces Arqu necklace but the damage seems to almost, if not the same as using only 1 pc Arqu. Am I missing something?

It does stack both Arquien, mainly the reason why you dont see too much difference could be the damage % its based off char base level, so on your level the difference wont be too much, the difference its more noticeable when you have a higher ATK pool and your levels increases.

cart revo doesnt apply skill damage modifiers correctly. That has been the case since the beginning of the game. Also those are items which scale with lvl, and also there are diminishing returns
