What graphics card are you using on your pc? This is most likely an issue of synergy. Looks like windows 11 64-bit is too much for your graphics card. You can actually switch to windows 11 in 32-bit but i think it involves formatting your pc and installing the 32-bit version.

Its downloadable on the microsoft website you get to choose if you wanna get the 64-bit or 32-bit version.

Mine only has intel iGPU no dGPU

Makes sense. Unlike AMD's APU's, Intel's built-in GPU's don't carry much in terms of performance as they're mostly used for office stuff. I would try to reinstall windows but this time the 32-bit version.

It also happens to me but for longer time like after 30 mins or so but it's kinda occassional only. Using brand new laptop win11 with i1240P processor using Iris xe graphics (dual channel). Although it only happens when I'm opening 3 or more clients at the same time.

Note: It didn't happen to my older laptop win10 i7 4th gen with nvidia gf820m graphics (optimus) or to my much older win7 amd c50 processor w/ radeon hd 6250 graphics

Running it on 3 pcs all running ryzen processors. 2 with the ryzen 5 5600g apu one with a gtx1660 super on and another without a dedicated gpu works fine. 3rd one on a ryzen 7 7400 with an rtx2060 no issues either.

May be an isolated case with the internal gpu as RO has evolved for the last 20 years it cant run properly on office pcs anymore.

I had a similar issue with my Windows 11 laptop a while back. Turns out, it was my graphics card acting up. I'm using an older model, so it struggled with the 64-bit version. I didn't know about the 32-bit option, though—thanks for sharing that! I'm a bit hesitant about reformatting my PC, though. Has anyone tried it, and did it make a noticeable difference? Also, is the 32-bit version as smooth and compatible as the 64-bit one? I'm curious to hear your experiences.  And oh, speaking of Windows 11, has anyone found a good deal on a windows 11 pro key? I'm on the lookout for a budget-friendly option. Do you have any advice?

You must be on something bc there's no such thing as 64 bit resolution and 32/64 bits are an OS thing, there's no advantage of using 32 bit over 64 only disadvantages and a 64 bit OS will work exactly the same as a 32 bit OS when running 32 bit applications. You're mixing everything up, i would recommend for you to check if by choosing single cores to run he game it would fix the issue since it helped me on mine (back when my bios was faulty) and if this was the case it would mean your computer has trouble with multi-threading certain cpu tasks, like RO in this case.

Worst case scenario no need to reinstall the OS anyway, just use a virtual machine specifically to run RO, this will always be the easiest fix to do.

Hello!

I do really apologize since Ragnarok are actually harsh with the newer PC it seems there's some compatibility issue on your PC.

On this case, you might want to submit a ticket to our support team for an advice of your issue. Check it on here.

Just my two cents...

You might want to change the compatibility mode to windows 10 or even 7 when you try to run the client.

Don't forget to run the client as an administrator when you open it.

Cheers~
