I saw the job change guide on iro wiki(it wasn't very helpful).

 

I've checked the banquet hall, didn't see him, but perhaps I overlooked the NPC, this map you linked should be helpful thanks, I'' check it out.

Ok yea I've been in there, talked to everyone, and it wont let me class change.  The NPC at the end says I need to go train myself more, but I'm already job lv 50, and yes spent all the skill points.

 

Edit: Wait a second I think I know what's going on, it wont let me because this is a booster char.  I talk to the NPC without a ticket(cause you only get a ticket to turn trans, not for trans 1 or 2 jobs), and I'm being told I need to go to Mag dun 02 map. Bloody hell I wish they put the actual name of the dungeon, not time to look up what mag is code for again(if I recall It's Geffen dungeon, but just to make sure, I better search that up.

 

Edit 2: That's odd, evidently mag as in magma, It's odd because while all us players call it magma, the game calls it nog road..., but whatever lol. Why a Sader would ever go to magma, let alone magma 2, I have no idea lol.

 

Edit 3: I actually had to just go to Valk in Juno, don't know why the game wanted me to travel to magma 2 fist lol
