If none of the npcs offer them how can I get them!? I am so confused is there a secret npc I'm not aware of???? Can you elaborate or do something useful.

Send ticket to wp support ask them to change your character hairstyle to the LHZ Premium. I did it for more 10+ characters in 1 ticket and wp support did it less than an hour. Just make sure to have all the materials needed on the characters that you want have their hairstyle changed.

But utilizing the premium hairstyles, you get a cool new hairstyle and don't need to wear a costume gear for a new hairstyle. It alleviates a costume gear slot for something else. There's a bigger issue here though. There's a bug in the game Gravity refuses to fix.

Someone ban these two ^^^^ I'm not saying that there are useless people in the world, but the two above posts aren't helping a single soul. You know that saying "if you got nothing nice to say don't say nothing" well just don't say anything. This thread isn't hurting anyone it's simply showcasing in-game content that needs fixing. You know you're SUPER toxic to this forum when you come into someones thread and say "Hope they don't fix it" and for what!? Who is that helping!? Why even bother posting that!?! How do you plan on fixing big issues in game when you can't even handle the small ones...start small then build. Not helpful in any way not informative in any way not even stating facts behind what you say.

Thanks for this video! Obviously there are lots of bugs to be dealt with and yes, the in-house team is aware of this one. There has been lots of shifting that had occurred since the first initial bug report back in around 2019(?), but the bumps are definitely working. Of course i'm upset that all I could do for all you lovely people is constantly poke the team about this case;;;;  along with all the other bug cases. :c

The point is to build confidence in the studio. If a simple asthetic isn't fixed, what makes you think skills will be?

I very much appreciate you reporting the bugs for us! It's just so frustrating for us (and you also) to have bugs acknowledged and then...... nothing. It's been sooooooooooooooo long that this has been an issue. I'm determined to keep this thread alive until it gets fixed.

Still you don't do your job, it's been reported since October and still no fix. iRO has many bugs right now.
