Good morning. I'm kind of a newish player and I recently saw an ad for free leveling gear? I haven't seen anything about getting it in the game. Am I missing something?

It's the booster event.

You register at the website. Then proceed to create a new character at the same website.

This new character will then be the one which has the booster packs/chest which you can unlock/open once you reach the level requirement.
